GENERALCommissions are for personal use only. Any commission work may be used as profile pictures/banners, but cannot be used for profit.I own all rights to my work and any completed commission work. Using my artwork for AI training purposes is prohibited. By commissioning me, you agree to allow me to use all artwork created as portfolio evidence, or to post to social media unless specifically stated otherwise.I may decline any commission if I believe it to be above my skill level or the request goes against my TOSReposting and sharing artwork created by me is okay, as long as proper credit is giving somewhere in the description.Depending on the type of commission, wait times can range between 7 days and 3 months maximum to allow for any issues that may potentially delay the commission. Any rush orders with specific deadlines will incur additional charges. Regular updates will be provided (sketch, lineart, colour, etc)PAYMENTFull payment is required when commissioning via Ko-Fi. When commissioning through DMs, a deposit of 50% will be taken via Paypal upon initial request. The final half of the payment will be collected once the piece is finished and approved. For skin requests, full payment is required up front.Refunds are up to my discretion. Partial refunds may be given via Paypal depending on what stage of the work I am at. Refunds may not be requested once the sketch has been approved.Should I be unable to complete your commission, you will be refunded 75% of the overall commission cost.PROCESSDepending on the type of commission, you will receive updates on the progress. I will discuss your request with you and draft a sketch up from there.For skin commissions, you will receive small progress updates (Hair completed, outfit blocked out, etc)For art commissions, you will receive updates during the sketch, line art, flat colour and rendering phases. Up to three (3) minor revisions may be requested during the sketch phase, once the sketch is approved, any changes will incur additional fees.The final piece will be sent directly to you as a full resolution .png file, and a watermarked .jpeg file for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.WHAT I WONT DRAWI will not accept commission for the following: lolicon, pedophilic content, extreme gore, hateful content, sexual content*, mecha, or furry art.I am not well versed in drawing Mecha or Anthropomorphic animals, and am currently not confident completing commission work of those themes.*sexual content includes violent sexual depictions, extreme kink, and other such extreme acts, I will however take commissions for suggestive content and non-sexual artistic nudity.I can be contacted through Ko-fi, Twitter, Bluesky or Discord
